Miscarriage aftermath

Hey, ladies! I am so happy to be here in this space with like-minded women:)

I have a question regarding miscarriage recovery. Last Tuesday, I began bleeding at roughly 5 1/2 weeks pregnant. I miscarried at home and bled heavily for several days, with clotting, and I'm fairly certain I passed everything.

The bleeding stopped completely 3 days, ago, but since then I have been experiencing headaches, neck pain, even achiness in my limbs, and nausea off and on (particularly in the morning). As a last resort I visited the ER yesterday to try and rule out anything serious (not a great experience), and didn't find out a whole lot. They did check my HCG levels and it's still at a 17. I will be going to my regular care provider to get my levels tested again on Friday, to see if they are down to 0 yet.

I guess my question is.... Are my symptoms normal post - miscarriage symptoms, or do I have actual need for concern? I definitely do all that I can to approach my health in a homeopathic way, and I tend to avoid going to the doctor as much as possible. Google searches do nothing but stir up fear, which I don't need.😅

Any insights to share?

choleostasis

Does anyone have experience with choleostasis? A friend is supposed to be induced (36 or 37 weeks) tomorrow bc the likelihood of stillbirth goes up the longer the baby is in womb. The baby is breech though so they are struggling with what to do. I just wanted to reach out to see if anyone knew of other options or possible ideas for prevention in future pregnancies. Thank you!
